1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of all services provided through the j bajee platform (referred to below as the "Platform"). By accessing the website or creating an account, you confirm that you fully accept these terms. No user may use the service without agreeing to these terms.

j bajee operates its services with the convenience and safety of users in mind. The purpose of these rules is to keep every user's experience fair, transparent and secure.

This document is legally binding and drafted in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration

A personal account is required to use the services on j bajee. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. The Platform reserves the right to immediately close an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for your username and password. Sharing your account details with anyone else or allowing a third party to log in on your behalf is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

• A valid mobile number is required for registration.
• Providing an email address is recommended.
• Identity is confirmed through OTP verification.
• Identity verification may be required to change account details after registration.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All gaming and betting activities on j bajee are available only to persons aged 21 or older. By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age.

The Platform may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify age and identity. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits must be made from a method registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• The Platform reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until account verification is complete.

For irregular or suspicious transactions, j bajee may take additional verification steps.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

j bajee offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before accepting the bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — that is, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagering must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds and real money may be used together, but the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus terms are breached, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected while using a bonus, the bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Members of the j bajee VIP programme receive weekly cashback — up to 1.0% across four tiers from Bronze to Platinum. Cashback is paid on net losses for the week at the applicable rate. Example: a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses for the week receives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on the j bajee platform are operated through third-party software providers. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be predetermined or altered in any way.

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round may be considered void.
• Winnings resulting from a game software error or bug are not valid and will be cancelled.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In sports betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• In multi-bets, if one bet is cancelled, the combined odds may be recalculated.

Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 48 hours. Complaints submitted after that period may not be considered.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j bajee platform. If any such activity is detected, immediate action will be taken:

• Creating artificial betting patterns to circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to hack, crack or disrupt the platform's software.
• Using an account for money laundering or any unlawful activity.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Registering under another person's identity.
• Attempting to manipulate game results.
• Using prohibited software or bots.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

j bajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Detection of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Provision of incorrect or false information.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Account closure at the user's own request.

If a withdrawable balance exists before account closure and no rule violation has occurred, it may be returned after verification. In cases of rule violations, bonuses and any winnings from bonuses may be forfeited.

9. Personal Data and Privacy

j bajee treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. By registering on the site, you agree that your information will be collected, stored and used in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy.

Personal data will not be sold or transferred to any third party, although limited data may be shared when required by law or for security verification purposes. All data is protected with SSL encryption.

10. Responsible Gaming
